Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: Orders placed on business days before [16:00] will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery Time (NL/BE): [1–2] business days after shipment.

Pre-sales/pre-orders: Will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you order a pre-order + in-stock items in one order, we will ship them together unless you choose partial delivery (more info under "Partial Deliveries").
Shipping Methods & Rates
The Netherlands:
- Letterbox package: €4.05
- Parcel: €6.95
Belgium:
- Parcel (track & trace) — €12.95
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped and you have chosen a track & trace package, you will automatically receive an email with track & trace. Haven't received an email? Check your spam folder or contact us via info@kaartenverzamelen.nl.
Pick-up Option
Pick-up is possible by appointment in de Rijp. Choose "Pick-up" during checkout; you will receive a message and a pick-up location once your order is ready.
International Shipping
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times vary by country ([3–10] business days). Any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Change
Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately. If the shipment has already been processed, we may no longer be able to change the address.
Failed/Return to Sender Delivery
Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to us can be re-sent at the regular shipping costs or credited excluding shipping costs.
Damaged or Missing

Damaged: Report within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the box, packaging, and item: info@kaartenverzamelen.nl.

Missing/no update: Let us know after [5] business days without progress; we will start an investigation with the carrier.
Partial Deliveries
By default, we ship in one shipment. Do you want to receive in-stock items in advance and pre-orders later? Choose the partial delivery option (additional shipping costs €6.95).
Holidays & Peak Periods
During peak periods (e.g., holidays or new set releases), processing/delivery may take 1–2 days longer.
