Right of withdrawal & Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, back.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kaartenverzamelen.nl. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Boeijerstraat 116, 1483TL De Rijp

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The costs for returning your order from your address to kaartenverzamelen.nl are at your own expense. These typically amount to approximately €7.25 per package. For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: if the product or packaging is damaged, or opened further than necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the product, we may pass on a reduction in value to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@kaartenverzamelen.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Inspection of returned cards

For returns of Pokémon cards, we carry out an inspection to determine whether the original card has been returned. This is necessary to prevent fake or counterfeit cards from being returned instead of the original ones.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within fourteen business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
